TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Rates based on double occupancy. Additional person $35/night.
- Palapa guests must be 6 years or older.
- No pets allowed.
- If you smoke, please do so outside on your balcony, where an ash can is provided. A fee of $100 per night will be charged for smoking inside rooms/palapas.
- Please return your room key upon checkout. A fee of $50 will be charged for keys not returned.
PAYMENT POLICY:
- 50% deposit due at time of booking. Balance due 60 days prior to arrival will be charged to the same credit card provided when booked. Christmas/New Year’s bookings balance due by October 1st or upon booking, if booked after October 1st.
- 100% Payment for the following Add-On Packages is due upon booking:
- -Arrival Champagne
- -Spa Credit Package
- -Full/Flexible Insurance
