TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Rates based on double occupancy. Additional person $35/night.
  • Palapa guests must be 6 years or older.
  • No pets allowed.
  • If you smoke, please do so outside on your balcony, where an ash can is provided. A fee of $100 per night will be charged for smoking inside rooms/palapas.
  • Please return your room key upon checkout. A fee of $50 will be charged for keys not returned.


PAYMENT POLICY:

  • 50% deposit due at time of booking. Balance due 60 days prior to arrival will be charged to the same credit card provided when booked. Christmas/New Year’s bookings balance due by October 1st or upon booking, if booked after October 1st. 
  • 100% Payment for the following Add-On Packages is due upon booking:
  • -Arrival Champagne
  • -Spa Credit Package
  • -Full/Flexible Insurance


PROPERTY & CANCELLATION POLICIES:

Cancellations must be confirmed in writing via email. 20% cancellation fee on the total booking will be charged on cancellations 61 days or more prior to arrival date. 50% cancellation fee will be charged on cancellations within 31-60 days of arrival date. No refund will be given on cancellations received within 30 days of booking. Christmas/New Year’s bookings must be canceled by October 1st to receive any refund. No refund for late arrivals or early departures.


CHANGE POLICY: Changes must be confirmed in writing via email. Changes made 61 days or more prior to arrival date are subject to 15% change fee. Changes made 31 to 60 days prior to arrival date are subject to 25% change fee. Changes made within 30 days of arrival are subject to 50% change fee. Canceled days due to shortened stay are subject to cancellation fees per the cancellation policy.


AVAILABLE INSURANCE ADD-ON: If you are unsure of your dates, or just want the security of knowing you can change or cancel as needed, please see Flexible and Full Insurance options in the available Add-Ons when booking. Insurance must be purchased within 48 hours of booking. Insurance purchased is not refundable, regardless of whether the booking is canceled.
